About the role
- Identify and qualify leads for opportunities to drive territory growth
- Explore new and creative ways of reaching our customers and increasing business
- Contact declining accounts and re-engage to re-establish lost business.
- Create strategic approaches to generate interest in meeting with a field Sales Representative.
- Support Open Territories remotely, to meet and exceed sales growth.
- Documenting interactions with customers within Salesforce.
- Support Marketing and Sales growth initiatives nationwide
- Track and report progress of prospective and new accounts to Marketing and Sales management
- Be part of key initiatives and projects throughout the year
- Establish working relationship with local territory sales team to increase business
- Perform additional tasks as required.
- Follow safety standards and report any safety concerns to leadership.
Requirements
- Prefer bachelor’s degree or 2-3 years of experience in direct sales, telesales, customer support, marketing, or sales support.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in direct sales, telesales, customer support, marketing, or sales support.
- Knowledge of Optical products or experience in optical dispensing.
- Optical industry experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce a plus.
- Specific familiarity with ECP & accounts a strong plus.
