About the role
- Manage a team of highly motivated and attentive sales specialists and consultants
- Use commercial acumen and competitor analysis to drive sales
- Deliver and educate the team in providing exceptional customer experience
- Leads Execution of key components of marketing programs
- New Project planning and execution
- Work closely with the Regional Manager/Cluster Manager for developing sales strategies
- Provide market intelligence in term of business, product & proposal
- Demonstrate consistency and maturity in sales and collection forecasting
- Ensure all reports are consistent in quality: accurate, complete and on time
- Lead the team to meet the business targets of Sales and Collection including agreed DSO
Requirements
- Graduation in any stream, MBA in marketing or related subject
- Minimum 5 Years of experience in Sales of Consumer Driven product in optical, electronic or related industry
- Well versed with SFDC and similar tools for reporting
- Applicant should be at Sales consultant role who have managed this role for at least 2 years
- Should be very good team player
