About the role
- Oversee the implementation of SAP S/4HANA for Extended Warehouse Management, enhancing both inbound and outbound logistics operations.
- Lead initiatives to streamline freight order management, route planning, and freight settlement.
- Manage quality control processes, including claim management and quality inspections, to maintain high standards of product quality and customer satisfaction.
- Enhance technical and process interfaces with third-party logistics providers to ensure seamless operations and improved service levels.
- Moderate between various ZEISS functions and process experts in a goal-oriented manner.
- Implement change management strategies effectively and communicate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure understanding and support for new processes.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a similar field.
- Extensive experience managing projects in the area of business process excellence, especially involving SAP ERP transformations with a focus on Extended Warehouse Management and Transportation Management.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and change management skills.
