About the role
- Together with the rest of the JuegosONCE Product Team and ONCE’s stakeholders actively participate in the definition of the product vision & strategy.
- Lead the discovery of new products or improvements in collaboration with UX and other stakeholders.
- Transform business needs and requirements from various stakeholders into detailed user stories, continuously refining and prioritizing a product roadmap that aligns with business goals and user needs.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of features and products.
- Contribute to a positive work environment maximizing collaboration with your Product Management peers and the development team.
Requirements
- +5 years proven experience as product manager in e-commerce, mobile or gaming in an agile environment. Proven experience with working closely with technical teams daily.
- Bachelor’s degree. Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar agile certification.
- Must be passionate about digital products, e-commerce, web/mobile technologies and user experience. Proven experience of using customer insights and data analytics to improve product features and user experiences.
- Self-Organized & Methodical, being able to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills: Spanish as first language. English is a must.
- Tools: Jira, Confluence, Figma, Microsoft 365, Hotjar, GA4
