• Provide front-line technical support in a multi-tenant, identity-sensitive environment
• Manage incoming tickets in the service desk queue
• Create a ticket for every call or interaction
• Classify issues using correct urgency and impact
• Perform remote troubleshooting and guide users through resolution steps
• Assist with password resets, authentication resets, and account access issues
• Validate user identity using client-approved verification methods
• Answer support calls and provide clear updates
• Escalate urgent issues to the designated on-call resource

• Identify, analyze, and respond to custom development RFPs across federal, state, provincial, municipal, and commercial portals
• Prepare full proposal content including technical approaches, project plans, methodologies, work breakdown structures, compliance matrices, resumes, and submission forms
• Write clear, structured technical content for web and mobile development, cloud engineering, AI, UX, QA, DevOps, and SDLC methodologies
• Coordinate with engineering, design, product management, and leadership for inputs when needed
• Ensure 100% accuracy of documents, formatting, version control, reference materials, and submission packages
• Own deadline management, requirement evaluation, and final portal submissions
• Track all active RFPs and maintain an organized proposal library
