Account Executive

• The Senior Account Executive, reporting to the Vice President, Sales is responsible for acquiring new logos, building strategic client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires exceptional consultative selling skills, strategic problem-solving, and the ability to deeply understand a prospective client’s business to craft compelling, value-driven solutions. The Senior Account Executive will manage the full sales cycle, collaborate cross-functionally to shape winning proposals, and ensure that prospects and clients receive the highest level of service, communication, and strategic partnership from Zaelab.
• Your Key Responsibilities
• - **Client Acquisition:** Identify, target, and secure new clients within Zaelab’s Ideal Customer Profile (Manufacturing, Life Sciences, High Tech). Conduct prospecting, lead qualification, pipeline development, and closing activities to acquire new logos and achieve revenue goals.
• - **Sales Strategy Development:** Develop and execute sales strategies that align with Zaelab’s growth objectives. Provide accurate forecasting, assess market trends, and collaborate with sales leadership to plan territory and pipeline growth. Evaluate risks and opportunities, and proactively drive toward predictable, profitable outcomes.
• - **Relationship Management: **Establish and nurture trusted relationships with key decision-makers, executives, and stakeholders. Lead pursuits, deliver presentations, guide discovery, and ensure the client experience reflects Zaelab’s commitment to quality, value, and partnership.
• - **Cross-Functional Collaboration: **Partner closely with Practice Leads, Delivery teams, and internal stakeholders to design compelling solutions and proposals. Collaborate across functions technology, marketing, delivery, alliances to align on client needs and ensure seamless handoff from sales to delivery.
• - **Pipeline Management & Forecasting:** Own and maintain an accurate pipeline within HubSpot. Forecast bookings and revenue with precision and consistency. Ensure all activities, notes, and client interactions are logged to support visibility, predictability, and effective reporting.
• - **Sales Process Leadership:** Lead the end-to-end sales process including discovery, qualification, solution shaping, proposal development, and negotiation. Leverage internal subject-matter experts as needed to secure new business opportunities and create win-win client partnerships.

Senior Account Executive

Consultant

• End-to-End FSM Implementation: Lead discovery workshops, requirements gathering, functional design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities for FSM solutions across ServiceNow, Salesforce, and custom architectures.
• Solution Design: Translate client processes into clear functional specifications and align them with platform capabilities, including workflow design, data models, and integration patterns.
• Configuration & Validation: Configure modules, build proof-of-concepts or sandbox environments, and validate solution approaches with stakeholders and technical teams.
• Field Service Expertise: Guide clients in best practices across field operations, dispatch, workforce management, mobile workflows, and service lifecycle management.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with project managers, technical architects, and engineering teams to ensure high-quality sprint execution and successful delivery.

• Practice Enablement: Contribute to improving delivery standards, reusable assets, and methodology within the FSM and CRM practice.

Digital Consultant, FSM

Customer Success Manager

• Serve as the primary technical authority for CRM and workflow transformation initiatives, representing Zaelab in client-facing architectural discussions, solution reviews, and technical decision-making.
• Lead architecture and functional design for CSM, FSM, and SOM implementations, ensuring alignment with business strategy, digital commerce goals, and platform best practices.
• Design scalable and secure architectures that integrate with commerce platforms, ERP systems, CDPs, middleware, and adjacent enterprise systems.
• Conduct technical assessments, evaluate current-state processes, and define future-state roadmaps for customer and service operations.
• Perform hands-on configuration and technical development leveraging ServiceNow components (Flow Designer, REST/SOAP integrations, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, SSO, MID Server).

• - Account Leadership: Drive strategic direction of accounts and participate in quarterly and annual planning processes. Effectively forecast and manage the business for growth and profitability. Assess any potential risks in collaboration with teams internally and find ways to mitigate risk. Partner with Zaelab leadership and team leads to influence solutions driving toward a shared direction and assist in creating new strategic capabilities. Showcase business capabilities and product presentations to continue to drive innovative thought leadership. Partner with leadership to tell the Zaelab story as the market and our capabilities evolve.
• - Account Management: Be directly accountable for the revenue on all Zaelab accounts within your portfolio, ensuring that the Zaelab stays on or ahead of its financial targets. Oversee the management of all portfolio accounts, participating directly in servicing clients where needed and being the first point of escalation. Monitor client satisfaction and ensure that the optimal team is servicing each account. Supervise all ongoing forecasting and monthly invoicing activities and ensure that information is accurate and up to date according to our SOWs. Serve as the client lead within the portfolio. Ensure the work meets client objectives and exceeds their expectations. Be proactive and act as a sounding board for clients. Negotiate and secure profitable account compensation, including time and material projects, retainers, fixed-fee and any other types of arrangements. Successfully onboard new clients when any new business is won.
• - Business Strategy: Be a consultative partner to our clients, identifying areas of their business that require transformation or modernization. Leverage this strategic thinking to seek out new growth opportunities within your client portfolios, leveraging experts across our business to showcase capabilities and demonstrate thought-leadership. Maintain an active backlog of strategic pursuits to drive pipeline and organically build the top line revenue of the business.

Foster collaborative working relationships with internal business groups, and interface with clients, partners, end users, and external stakeholders to understand their needs and incorporate feedback. Collaborate cross-functionally with business development, marketing, experience, technology and engineering leaders to gain market, and competitive insights, and translate that into outcomes that drive unique value propositions, differentiation, and market share growth.
