About the role
- Conceptualize and design marketing assets such as ebooks, whitepapers, presentations, infographics, and social media creatives.
- Create UI/UX designs, wireframes, and prototypes in Figma for product and web projects.
- Leverage AI design tools to accelerate creative workflows and enhance design output.
- Maintain brand consistency across all deliverables while ensuring design quality and originality.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product, tech) to translate requirements into visual assets.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within deadlines.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of professional experience in graphic design, UI/UX, or related fields.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered design tools (e.g., MidJourney, DALL·E, Runway, Sora or similar).
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- (Nice to have) Experience with motion graphics, video editing, and print collaterals.
- (Nice to have) Knowledge of web design basics (HTML/CSS).
- (Nice to have) Prior experience in tech/startup environments.
