About the role
- Own the end-to-end design process, from concept to execution, ensuring a seamless and delightful user experience.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI designs that align with business and user needs.
- Conduct user research, gather feedback, and iterate on designs to optimize usability and engagement.
- Work closely with product managers and engineers to ensure design feasibility and implementation.
- Develop and maintain a design system that ensures consistency across the platform.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and contribute to a strong design culture within the company.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product design, UI/UX design, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centric design solutions, including web and mobile applications.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
- Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and visual design best practices.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Ability to work autonomously and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience designing for SaaS platforms or AI-powered applications is a plus.
