About the role
- Analyze and validate compensation data prior to merit and bonus processing.
- Audit allocation logic for reporting, team factor blends, and review individual pro-rations, bonus exceptions and promotions.
- Reconcile data across HRIS, payroll, and compensation systems.
- Identify discrepancies and partner with COE leads to resolve issues prior to final processing.
- Support configuration testing related to merit and bonus cycles.
- Execute structured test cases and validate calculation outputs, configured warning messages, plan eligibility, and hierarchical access.
- Document defects and coordinate resolution with TR IT and COE Compensation teams.
- Build and maintain recurring Total Rewards reports, including compensation cycle analytics and operational delivery metrics.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Compensation, Payroll, HR Operations, Finance, or data-intensive roles.
- Advanced Excel proficiency, including large dataset manipulation, audit review, and structured reporting.
- Experience supporting compensation cycles, payroll validation, or HR system testing preferred.
- Experience working with Oracle HCM or similar HRIS platforms preferred.
- Experience building structured dashboards or automated reporting solutions preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver within defined deadlines.
- Strong documentation and issue-tracking skills.
