💰 $150,000 - $160,000 per year
About the role
- Support senior counsel with strategic defense of litigation matters nationwide, including commercial, consumer protection, ADA, personal injury, and real estate.
- Assist in responding to information requests, discovery, and pre-litigation filings.
- Support senior counsel with responses and objections to subpoenas and other legal documents.
- Assist in developing and implementing compliance frameworks stemming from litigation as needed.
- Assist with escalated customer complaints.
- Keep apprised of, and ensure compliance with, newly enacted state and federal laws.
Requirements
- Juris Doctorate degree or equivalent required.
- Licensed member in good standing of California bar required.
- 2+ years of general litigation experience required.
- Strong grasp of civil procedure.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- A team player and relationship builder, with the ability to adapt in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment.
- Some travel may be required.
