About the role
- Lead both the strategy and execution of talent acquisition across Yum! Brands’ U.S. and Americas-based corporate teams
- Build, grow, and inspire a high-performing talent acquisition team
- Shape and drive a modern, brand-agnostic recruitment operating model
- Deliver measurable results while developing a team and culture
Requirements
- 12+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, including leading large corporate teams
- Demonstrated experience leading full lifecycle recruiting in a matrixed, multi-brand environment
- Deep understanding of talent acquisition metrics (time-to-fill, quality, recruiter load) and ability to influence through data
