Program Manager

• The purpose of this position is to partner with the Committee/Council Leads and Committee Chairs to support committee strategy planning and yearly activities, including delivery of information, content, and follow-up of their meetings/activities, work groups or special projects as required.
• Responsible for the implementation of planning process for the efficient execution of the yearly committee cycle.
• Manages all components of virtual and in-person committee and council meetings, including but not limited to scheduling, drafting content for agendas, facilitating, documenting key actions and decisions, and follow-up.
• Cultivates relationships with diverse YPO members, management associates, and external resources to optimize idea sharing and best practices.
• Ensures flawless execution of committee activities on site at the in-person bi-annual leadership meetings, including formal meetings, dinners, and additional experiences.
• Delivers consistent, accurate and up-to-date committee documents, including directories, calendars, reference materials, data, templates, archives, et al.
• Oversees, and updates committee/council communication channels such as applicable Board applications, Connect, WhatsApp, Signal, MS Outlook, etc.
• Supports elections processes and executes nominating committee meetings for Board committees, Councils, and Network executive committees.
• Maintains and coordinates budgets and travel subsidies with the Finance team.
• Reviews and updates committee/council information on internal and external platforms as needed and at year-end ensuring committees are up to date and members are identified properly.
• Fosters compliance and perpetuates alignment to all facets of YPO’s published Policies & Procedures, Code of Conduct, Core Principles, overall values, and applicable by-laws.

Leadership Services Program Manager

Events

• A high-performing Events Manager is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of curated in-person and virtual event experiences for the YPO community.
• Partner with key stakeholders and YPO members and/or spouses/partners to co-create innovative, high-impact events that align with member needs and organizational goals.
• Lead the full lifecycle of event planning and delivery, including concept development, budgeting, logistics, execution, and evaluation, across multiple portfolios.
• Work closely with finance partners to build and forecast event budgets, manage VAT considerations, and ensure timely reconciliation post-event (within 60 days).
• Collaborate with Marketing and Communications teams to provide key event details and support the creation of targeted marketing plans that drive registration and engagement.
• Source, negotiate, and manage vendors and services, including venues, accommodations, food and beverage, audio visual, transportation, and materials using YPO’s preferred directories and standards.
• Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring the implementation of necessary safety, security, and contingency measures for each event.
• Lead event discovery calls, planning meetings, and site visits. Provide full onsite or virtual event support to ensure seamless delivery.
• Collect attendee feedback, lead internal debriefs, and document key learnings and best practices for future reference.

DevOps Engineer

• Design, build, and operate the cloud infrastructure and developer platform.
• Architect, implement, and continuously evolve cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP.
• Own cloud cost management and FinOps practices.
• Lead the evaluation and adoption of new cloud services, platforms, and tooling.
• Codify everything and lead Infrastructure as Code practice using Terraform.

• Architect, implement, and continuously improve secure-by-design controls across multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Develop and enforce Infrastructure as Code and policy-as-code guardrails (Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM, OPA, Sentinel, Azure Policy, AWS SCPs)
• Design and maintain security controls within CI/CD pipelines, integrating SAST, DAST, SCA, container and IaC scanning
• Lead threat modeling (STRIDE, MITRE ATT&CK), architecture reviews, and security design/code reviews to mitigate risk prior to deployment
• Define and promote secure coding standards for backend APIs, mobile applications, and AI-powered services
• Enforce and audit enterprise IAM and Zero Trust principles (RBAC, PAM, SSO, MFA, OAuth/OIDC, SAML)

Software Engineer

• Design and implement production-grade RESTful and GraphQL APIs deployed via AWS API Gateway that are stable, semantic, and decoupled from vendor-specific backend schemas.
• Ensure all APIs conform to YPO's canonical ontology and global member graph.
• No endpoint may directly expose Salesforce object structures.
• Design APIs to operate within an event-driven architecture leveraging CDC, pub/sub messaging (Kafka and AWS EventBridge), and idempotent patterns.
• Apply Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles to ensure API boundaries reflect business domains.
• Write clean, well-tested, and well-documented code across the API domains.
• Define and enforce data models, versioning standards, authentication flows, and integration patterns.
• Implement the API governance layer that controls how YPO's AI agents interact with member data.
• Own the full API lifecycle: development, testing, documentation, versioning, deprecation, and migration planning.
• Establish and maintain engineering standards for API versioning and backward compatibility.
• Design and enforce IAM boundary design using least-privilege principles.
• Produce and maintain clear API documentation, example queries, and troubleshooting guides.
