Community Manager

• Facilitate and manage virtual or in-person trainings, which include 1:1, small groups, and large group sessions.
• Partner and collaborate with chapters to understand platform needs, liaise within and across internal YPO departments to ensure specific chapter needs are met.
• Offer personal, high-touch support to facilitate chapter adoption of YPO platforms, including troubleshooting platform issues and escalating bugs and system errors as needed.
• Serve as an ambassador to chapters, engaging and activating participants and champions and encouraging conversations and connections throughout the YPO community.
• Share best practices across the chapter community and gather and implement feedback.
• Act as a global administrator for chapters to moderate inappropriate posts.
• Collaborate with regional team members to understand training needs and effectively facilitate training for the chapters within each region.
• Collaborate with the Chapters and Regions Business Operations team to identify and facilitate department trainings.
• Partner and collaborate with internal partners and stakeholders to develop and implement project plans based on business needs.
• Collaborate with Community Builders within Software Engineering to understand and consolidate chapter needs and ensure proper implementation.
• Establish relationships with key community contacts and serve as the primary point of contact for all aspects of the engagement.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing on YPO platforms as they are being developed and implemented.

Product Designer

• Manage the CMS, ensuring it supports content scalability, intuitive user experience, and seamless integration of learning assets
• Identify gaps in existing CMS components; lead the ideation, design, prototyping, and integration of new components in partnership with IT and internal stakeholders
• Deliver recurring presentations and demos to internal teams showcasing new tools, platforms, or digital strategies that support content creation and enhance member learning engagement
• Identify and implement innovative approaches to digital learning to enhance Learning content, including AI integration, gamified experiences, and personalized pathways for in-person and digital programs
• Partner with internal teams to operationalize their ideas by offering creative consultation, identifying appropriate digital tools, and supporting the creation of engaging content and gamified elements
• Leverage content analytics, engagement metrics, and user feedback to identify underperforming digital content; implement data-driven improvements to increase effectiveness and accessibility
• Work with Learning Operations to establish and manage an intake process for digital learning support requests from internal teams, ensuring alignment with platform capabilities, timelines, and best practices
• Collaborate with the Learning team to embed digital components into live events and programs—supporting pre-event preparation, real-time participation, and post-event reinforcement
• Design and launch guided, self-paced learning paths for members that align with key interests, leadership goals, and executive schedules

Digital Learning Experience Design Manager

Business Analyst

• The Data & Insights Analyst provides in-depth market research, including analyzing membership data to deliver recommendations for member satisfaction, projected trends and qualitative reporting.
• Analyzes, interprets and translates business data and organizational needs to execute key business decisions and support strategic initiatives for enhanced member value.
• Under the supervision of the Director Data and Insights, the analyst will focus on integrating research, analytics, and financial performance data into insights for leadership.
• Assist in the design and development of surveys, data gathering and databases to access and preserve business intelligence.
• Analyze data to help determine whether operations, processes and offerings meet the members’ needs and membership expectations.
• Extract data, quantify and summarize findings for internal stakeholders and tracks stakeholders’ action plans to address findings.
• Organize collected data, understand it, identify additional data needs and prepare reports highlighting member trends and statistics.
• Perform gap analyses to measure the relevance and value of offerings for members globally and reports on the findings.
• Conduct financial analysis to assess event attendance costs and revenues, forecast performance, and evaluate ROI.
• Develop revenue projections for programs and initiatives, incorporating historical trends, market data, and strategic goals.
• Run scenario and 'what-if' analyses to model the potential impact of operational or strategic changes, including pricing adjustments, attendance variations, and new revenue streams.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve business performance – applying quantitative methods to analyze and interpret information from multiple data sources (database information, financial reports, web analytics, usability, and optimization research).
