• Provide financial support services to departments and employees within YPO.

Senior Accountant

Events

• The Events Manager is responsible for end-to-end delivery of curated event experiences (in-person and virtual) for the YPO community.
• Provides transformative opportunities for global leaders to learn, explore and connect.
• Engages with internal departments, external vendors, speakers, and key client contacts to achieve program excellence through successful event execution that meets the YPO Global Events strategy.
• Partners with key stakeholders and champions on event innovation and creation, end-to-end event planning and successful event execution aligned to event management best practices.
• Leads stakeholders, champions, committee(s) and contractors to develop, design, budget, market, manage, execute and evaluate assigned events according to the theme and content.
• Develops, analyzes, monitors, and manages event budgets of USD50k to USD2m to meet YPO requirements and timelines with no overspend and pro-actively address any risks.
• Ensures adherence to YPO processes and procedures and Event Manager Toolkit throughout the development and delivery of all programs.

• The purpose of this position is to partner with the Committee/Council Leads and Committee Chairs to support committee strategy planning and yearly activities
• Responsible for the implementation of planning process for the efficient execution of the yearly committee cycle
• Manages all components of virtual and in-person committee and council meetings
• Cultivates relationships with diverse YPO members, management associates, and external resources
• Facilitates the global and role-specific onboarding process for committee/council members
• Ensures flawless execution of committee activities on site at the in-person bi-annual leadership meetings

• Supports elections processes and executes nominating committee meetings for Board committees, Councils, and Network executive committees

Leadership Services Program Manager

Community Manager

• Facilitate and manage virtual or in-person trainings, which include 1:1, small groups, and large group sessions.
• Partner and collaborate with chapters to understand platform needs, liaise within and across internal YPO departments to ensure specific chapter needs are met.
• Offer personal, high-touch support to facilitate chapter adoption of YPO platforms, including troubleshooting platform issues and escalating bugs and system errors as needed.
• Serve as an ambassador to chapters, engaging and activating participants and champions and encouraging conversations and connections throughout the YPO community.
• Share best practices across the chapter community and gather and implement feedback.
• Act as a global administrator for chapters to moderate inappropriate posts.
• Collaborate with regional team members to understand training needs and effectively facilitate training for the chapters within each region.
