• Manage the CMS, ensuring it supports content scalability, intuitive user experience, and seamless integration of learning assets

Digital Learning Experience Design Manager

Business Analyst

• The Data & Insights Analyst provides in-depth market research, including analyzing membership data to deliver recommendations for member satisfaction, projected trends and qualitative reporting.
• Analyzes, interprets and translates business data and organizational needs to execute key business decisions and support strategic initiatives for enhanced member value.
• Under the supervision of the Director Data and Insights, the analyst will focus on integrating research, analytics, and financial performance data into insights for leadership.
• Assist in the design and development of surveys, data gathering and databases to access and preserve business intelligence.
• Analyze data to help determine whether operations, processes and offerings meet the members’ needs and membership expectations.
• Extract data, quantify and summarize findings for internal stakeholders and tracks stakeholders’ action plans to address findings.
• Organize collected data, understand it, identify additional data needs and prepare reports highlighting member trends and statistics.
• Perform gap analyses to measure the relevance and value of offerings for members globally and reports on the findings.

• Partner with the DEx Committee and CPTO to support program scope, success metrics, and alignment with YPO’s strategic vision.
• Oversee project execution—ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.
• Implement and manage project frameworks using tools such as Jira and Notion to bring structure, visibility, and momentum to the work.
• Develop and maintain project plans, risk logs, and dashboards to provide transparent reporting to the committee and leadership.
• Support seamless Committee operations, including scheduling meetings, preparing strategic agendas, and sharing meaningful pre-reads.
• Attend all meetings to capture not just the minutes, but the why behind every discussion—strategic intent, key decisions, and action items.
• Translate high-level discussions into clear summaries, workstreams, and accountability mechanisms.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the DEx Committee and other governance bodies (Events, Learning, Membership, Finance) to ensure strategic alignment, momentum, and eliminate duplication.

Program Manager – Digital Experience

Manager

• Partner with leadership in networks (Business Network Directors or Network Council Directors) and the Forum & Learning Center of Excellence and Forum Placement to support the creation of forums.
• Manage the launch of new Forums through implementation of programs e.g. Kickstart, including budgeting, contracting, coordinating and relationship management.
• Manage relationships with assigned networks, with a focus on supporting the Network Forum Officers and Forum initiatives to ensure the health and vibrancy of forums.
• Advise Network Forum Officers, moderators, and directors on best practices for forum management, health, and development.
• Partner with the Forum Officers in their leadership role.
• Support officers in meeting their goals while managing their budgets and other resources.
• Sourcing of and co-ordination of training for Forum Moderators.
• Collaborate to ensure regular and timely communication with Officers.

Events

• Work with member champions and YPO management to develop, design, market, manage, and evaluate small in-person or virtual programs.
• Produce high impact, cost-efficient, small-scale events; manage proposals, budgets, logistics, contracts, invoices, expenses, CART process, and onsite support if required.
• Collaborate on marketing plans, launch event pages, manage registration and communications.
• Coordinate content and resources, oversee onsite programs if required, follow event close-out processes, provide feedback and evaluations.
