• Provide high quality technical assistance and training for the construction component of local YouthBuild programs
• Review and approve resume experience and qualifications for construction trainers
• Leads the implementation of the NCCER Instructor Certification Training Program (ICTP)
• Partner with HBI Trainers to deliver robust training
• Support planning with contracted OSHA authorized trainer
• Partner with TradesFutures to promote MC3 training offerings
• Develop resources in collaboration with the YouthBuild Global teams
• Respond to field inquiries and provide program support or interventions
