About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide results-driven, high quality technical assistance and coaching for YouthBuild programs piloting career pathways in Energy Infrastructure and Manufacturing.
Implement the YouthBuild Technical Assistance & Coaching framework.
Establish regular communication with 20-25 YouthBuild programs to cultivate a collegial relationship.
Conduct virtual and in-person site visits to assess and support program implementation.
Ensure programs in portfolio are in good standing with the affiliated Network.
Collaborate with staff at YouthBuild affiliates to engage with national and local employer partners.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Associate's degree or higher and a minimum of three years' experience working in a YouthBuild program or similar education/workforce development training program with similar elements. Experience as a program manager or director preferred.
3+ years' experience managing complex projects and overseeing program implementation.
Familiarity with data collection, analysis, and interpretation in program level evaluation.
Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team within a diverse community.
Strong writing, communications, and documentation skills.
Commitment to cultural humility and comfort working with a wide range of populations and individuals.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Good judgment, discretion, and confidentiality.
