About the role

  • Own the full sales cycle: Lead everything from prospecting and discovery to demos, technical validation, negotiation, and close.
  • Sell across product lines: Composable E2E Solutions (RAG/Enterprise Search) and Composable APIs.
  • Drive multi-stakeholder deals: Navigate complex sales cycles involving executives, IT/security, procurement, and technical end-users.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with Sales Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and RevOps.
  • Pipeline generation: Build and manage a robust pipeline through outbound outreach, strategic partnerships, and vertical-specific plays.
  • Voice of the customer: Gather and relay market feedback to influence roadmap, positioning, and go-to-market strategy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience in a technical SaaS environment, ideally with exposure to AI/ML, APIs, or enterprise search platforms.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota across both enterprise and technical buyer personas.
  • Technical fluency: Ability to articulate concepts like APIs, embeddings, RAG frameworks, and security models to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience running complex, multi-threaded sales cycles with Fortune 1000 or high-growth tech companies.
  • Comfort engaging with developers, data teams, and IT/security stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: Thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
