Social Media Manager

• Develop a wide range of social media content (static, dynamic, video)
• Track and evaluate emerging social media trends
• Actively engage with social audiences on Y-USA’s channels
• Collaborate with local Y staff to capture and curate content
• Identify and leverage user-generated content
• Monitor and moderate social media channels daily
• Contribute creative ideas and recommendations
• Support the writing and editing of traditional marketing copy
• Provide guidance to internal Y-USA partners and local Ys
• Coordinate projects and workflows with contractors and interns
• Perform other duties as assigned

Social Media Specialist

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Lead the General Ledger Accounting team to deliver GL Accounting services in accordance with YUSA & Y Association strategies and requirements
• Responsible for delivery of GL Accounting services and supervising the YESS team
• Oversee escalations from internal customers and response to customer enquiries, ensuring issue and error resolution
• Contribute to internal and external governance forums as appropriate
• Ensure compliance with internal policies & controls and with external regulations
• Respond to customer feedback survey results
• Identify and drive improvement opportunities for General Ledger Accounting and work closely with continuous improvement function to ensure implementation
• Identify risks or opportunities to revenues, cost, and profitability and propose appropriate actions
• Support development of clearly defined achievable team and individual goals
• Performs other duties as assigned

Senior Manager, General Accounting

• Complete assigned general accounting tasks in the production and delivery of timely and accurate GAAP financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis for assigned YMCA clients
• Prepare, code and record entries and transactions in the production of financial statements and reports
• Review trial balance for accuracy and reasonableness and reconcile/analyze all assigned general ledger accounts
• Collect and/or prepare appropriate supporting documents for all accounting entries and activity
• Provide audit support specific to general accounting as assigned
• Prepare government and grant reports, support, and invoices as assigned
• Maintain files, work papers, and reconciliations for assigned client YMCA in a manner consistent with current YESS Finance/Accounting standards, making those documents available for association review
• Respond to information requests as required
• Perform other duties as assigned
