Community Manager

• Leads GRACE financial planning, budgeting, reconciliation, monitoring, and reporting, in partnership with Y-USA Finance, Financial Development, and Legal Departments, ensuring compliance with donor, regulatory, and audit requirements
• Manages external and internal GRACE grant administration processes, coordinating grant agreements, reporting, and compliance in partnership with international YMCAs, Finance, Legal, and Financial Development.

Manager, Global Relations – Community Engagement

AI Engineer

• Define and lead the enterprise AI architecture strategy, ensuring scalable, secure, and compliant adoption of generative AI and advanced analytics across the organization.
• Design and maintain reference architectures, standards, and patterns for AI solutions, including LLM-enabled applications and platform integrations.
• Provide architectural leadership for AI platforms built on Amazon Web Services (AWS), including the use of managed services such as Amazon Bedrock.
• Lead the evaluation, selection, and integration of leading large language models and AI services, including Anthropic, OpenAI, and Microsoft Copilot, ensuring appropriate use and performance.

• Leads efforts to build shared goals, strengthen alignment, and enhance the credibility of Y-USA strategies across local Ys, alliances, and service delivery partners to ensure coordinated and consistent impact.
• Oversees the Faith & Community Connections Leading Practice area within Y-USA’s Service Delivery System, designing and implementing programs, practices, and resources that are grounded in the Y’s faith heritage, aligned with our strategic vision, and welcoming to those from diverse faith traditions and those with no faith affiliation.

Accounts Payable

• Manage the end-to-end electronic invoice workflow, including routing, approvals, exception handling, and system accuracy within Concur Invoice.
• Process vendor invoices and payment requests across multiple payment methods, including ACH/EFT, wire, and check payments.
• Administer employee expense reports and corporate card activity, ensuring compliance with travel and expense policies.
• Maintain complete and accurate AP documentation, including W-9 forms, approval records, open invoices, and audit support materials.
• Reconcile accounts payable aging and open invoice reports and support month-end close activities.
• Prepare and distribute routine AP reports, journal entries, and payment run documentation.
• Serve as a key point of contact for internal departments and vendors, resolving inquiries and providing guidance on AP processes and systems.

Senior Specialist, Accounts Payable

Account Manager

• Build and manage a principal gift ($250,000+) donor portfolio aligned to reaching the department’s annual $100 million goal
• Partner with the Vice President of Financial Development to build the individual donor portfolio for YUSA
• Lead discovery and engagement meetings with prospective funders
• Partner with a grant writer and project manager to build and submit funding proposals

Senior Director, Philanthropy and Partnerships

Customer Support

• Responsible for effectively responding to members, association staff, and general inquiries received in the ticketing system regarding YMCA association information, membership, childcare, and programs.
• Process ticket transaction requests per department guidelines on accounts in YMCA association specific operating systems (Daxko, Core, ActiveNet, Saleforce/Traction Rec and Amilia, etc.), including but not limited to, activation, cancellation, enrollment, unenrollment, registration, upgrades, downgrades, merges, changes, discount application, discount removal, financial assistance review and approval, generating fees, processing payments, scheduling payments and processing refunds.
• Assists with YMCA program entry and maintenance within association-specific operating systems.
• Respond to ticket submission and other email requests, within the expected timeframe of 2 business days or less, to meet or exceed the YESS Customer Experience Team SLA (Service Level Agreement) with YMCA associations.
• Complete daily, weekly or monthly audits of YMCA association data of new membership, childcare and program registrations, following audit guidelines, to ensure YMCA association accounts are accurate.
• Escalate issues as needed to supervisor.
• Responsible for learning and following published policies and procedures for the YMCA associations served and YESS Customer Experience Team, to optimally support guests, members, program participants and association staff.
