Requirements

  • Enjoy building new programs from the ground up and are comfortable experimenting and navigating ambiguity\n
  • Are a strong communicator with the executive presence to engage senior leaders and represent SpendHound externally\n
  • Thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and know how to keep momentum moving across teams\n
  • Can identify key stakeholders across partners, what motivates different leaders, and build lasting relationships\n
  • Are proactive, self-directed, and take ownership without waiting for permission\n
  • Have 3–5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or sales roles—ideally at a SaaS, fintech, or startup environment
