• Own Yield.xyz’s core messaging, positioning, and narrative across products, partnerships, and company branding
• Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy across content, launches, campaigns, ecosystem visibility, and brand
• Write and refine high-quality copy across website pages, product announcements, partner materials, decks, blog posts, case studies, social posts, and press-facing content
• Translate complex Web3 infrastructure, yield products, and technical concepts into clear and compelling messaging for different audiences
• Partner closely with leadership, product, business development, and design to launch new products and campaigns with strong market positioning
• Shape how Yield.xyz presents itself to enterprise clients, partners, investors, and the broader ecosystem
• Manage and maintain the content pipeline across thought leadership, educational content, product marketing, and announcements

Marketing Lead

Solutions Engineer

• Design and build high-throughput, low-latency backend services in TypeScript/Node.js
• Architect performant PostgreSQL schemas and optimize complex queries for production workloads
• Build robust data pipelines that ingest, process, and normalize blockchain protocol data in real-time at scale
• Integrate emerging yield sources into the Yield.xyz engine including smart contract interaction
• Develop and maintain external-facing APIs that power integrations for major Web3 wallets and fintech platforms
• Conduct technical R&D on emerging protocols, validator architectures, and Web3 infrastructure
• Operate services on AWS in close partnership with DevOps engineers
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule

Backend Integrations Engineer

Business Development Rep

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and outreach through pitching, negotiating, closing, and expansion
• Identify and pursue high-value partnerships with Web3 wallets, neobanks, exchanges, custodians, asset managers, and fintechs across the US market
• Build and execute go-to-market strategies tailored to different client cohorts (wallets, embedded wallet providers, neobanks, custodians, funds)
• Conduct discovery calls to qualify opportunities, understand client needs, and tailor product positioning
• Lead strategic deal negotiations including commercial terms, integration fees, and revenue share agreements
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering during integration planning, ensuring smooth handoff after deal closure
• Represent Yield.xyz at key conferences, events, and ecosystem gatherings to build brand presence and generate pipeline
• Develop deep market intelligence on client needs, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to inform product strategy
• Maintain accurate pipeline tracking in Pipedrive and provide regular forecasting and reporting to leadership
• Build long-term strategic relationships with clients post-close, identifying expansion and upsell opportunities

• Own sprint planning, execution, and delivery cadence across multiple concurrent initiatives
• Develop clear project plans including milestones, dependencies, timelines, and ownership in collaboration with engineering leads
• Drive backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and scope creep, and coordinate mitigation early
• Maintain delivery visibility through clear, concise status reporting for internal and external stakeholders
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients during onboarding, integrations, and ongoing delivery
