About the role

  • Independently manage key customers within the West Austria territory
  • Support the supervisor with priority tasks and focus areas
  • Visit retail outlets with the aim of maximizing sales potential
  • Work closely with store managers and department managers
  • Acquire potential new customers and plan sales routes

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training, hospitality training, or a degree with a focus on sales/distribution
  • Ideally some initial or several years of experience in FMCG or hospitality/foodservice sales
  • Ability to approach retail customers with qualified commercial/business arguments and persuade them
  • Engaging and dynamic personality
  • Confident demeanor, assertiveness, and strong problem-solving skills
  • Committed work ethic, initiative, and a hands-on approach
  • High degree of flexibility and mobility
