About the role
- Independently manage key customers within the West Austria territory
- Support the supervisor with priority tasks and focus areas
- Visit retail outlets with the aim of maximizing sales potential
- Work closely with store managers and department managers
- Acquire potential new customers and plan sales routes
Requirements
- Completed commercial training, hospitality training, or a degree with a focus on sales/distribution
- Ideally some initial or several years of experience in FMCG or hospitality/foodservice sales
- Ability to approach retail customers with qualified commercial/business arguments and persuade them
- Engaging and dynamic personality
- Confident demeanor, assertiveness, and strong problem-solving skills
- Committed work ethic, initiative, and a hands-on approach
- High degree of flexibility and mobility
