About the role

  • Independently manage and acquire key customers within the Eastern Austria territory
  • Ensure optimal placement and distribution of products in managed stores, canteens and business partners
  • Work closely with store managers, department heads and business owners
  • Create route planning based on sales priorities
  • Apply innovative sales concepts and take ownership of customer relationships

Requirements

  • Commercial or hospitality training, or a degree with a focus on sales/distribution
  • Initial or several years of experience in FMCG or hospitality sales (career changers welcome)
  • Ability to approach retail customers using commercial/financial arguments
  • Winning and dynamic personality, confident presence and assertiveness
  • Committed work ethic and strong self-initiative
