About the role
- Independently manage and acquire key customers within the Eastern Austria territory
- Ensure optimal placement and distribution of products in managed stores, canteens and business partners
- Work closely with store managers, department heads and business owners
- Create route planning based on sales priorities
- Apply innovative sales concepts and take ownership of customer relationships
Requirements
- Commercial or hospitality training, or a degree with a focus on sales/distribution
- Initial or several years of experience in FMCG or hospitality sales (career changers welcome)
- Ability to approach retail customers using commercial/financial arguments
- Winning and dynamic personality, confident presence and assertiveness
- Committed work ethic and strong self-initiative
