• Act in loco parentis to ensure and maintain student discipline, welfare, safety, and security
• Manage relationships with clients (agents, chaperones, students, and parents)
• Update staff handbooks and train the team
• Develop and execute training sessions for new staff members
• Promptly document and report accurate work schedules to the main office for payroll processing
• Ensure that paperwork on all students on site is correct and completed in advance
• Manage buses when applicable and pay invoices in a timely manner
• Conduct daily chaperone meetings and ensure the standard program is respected and delivered
