About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act in loco parentis to ensure and maintain student discipline, welfare, safety, and security
- Manage relationships with clients (agents, chaperones, students, and parents)
- Update staff handbooks and train the team
- Develop and execute training sessions for new staff members
- Promptly document and report accurate work schedules to the main office for payroll processing
- Ensure that paperwork on all students on site is correct and completed in advance
- Manage buses when applicable and pay invoices in a timely manner
- Conduct daily chaperone meetings and ensure the standard program is respected and delivered
Requirements
What you’ll need- Required management experience in an ESL summer camp, preferably as a Summer Camp Director
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
