About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act in loco parentis to ensure and maintain student discipline, welfare, safety, and security
Manage relationships with clients (agents, chaperones, students, and parents)
Update staff handbooks and train the team
Develop and execute training sessions for new staff members
Promptly document and report accurate work schedules to the main office for payroll processing
Ensure that paperwork on all students on site is correct and completed in advance
Manage buses when applicable and pay invoices in a timely manner
Conduct daily chaperone meetings and ensure the standard program is respected and delivered

Requirements

What you’ll need

Required management experience in an ESL summer camp, preferably as a Summer Camp Director
Legal authorization to work in the United States
