• Own end-to-end analysis that turns ambiguous problems into clear recommendations and action plans.
• Build dashboards and tools that improve visibility and decision-making across functions (underwriting, collections, servicing).
• Identify trends and root causes using Excel, SQL, dashboards, and structured analysis then help fix the problems.
• Lead the operationalization of new products or changes in policy based on your insights.
