• Define and execute Yendo's affiliate and partner channel roadmap
• Identify, prioritize, and activate the highest-ROI partners

Affiliate & Partner Channel Lead

Marketing

• Build and ship lifecycle campaigns in Iterable across email, SMS, push, and in-app - including segment setup, template build, journey configuration, scheduling, and send.
• Translate briefs from cross-functional teams into executed campaigns.
• Configure and launch A/B tests against hypotheses; pull results, summarize learnings, and recommend the winning variant.
• Own the lifecycle calendar - keep evergreen journeys running, schedule one-off sends, prevent collisions, and surface gaps.
• QA every campaign before send.
• Build and maintain audience segments in Iterable using behavioral, funnel-stage, and propensity (P2C) data piped in from Snowflake.
• Pull weekly campaign performance reports and flag anomalies or wins worth scaling.
• Partner with Design on creative briefs, with Growth Analytics on segmentation pulls, and with MarTech on data plumbing and deliverability.

Lifecycle Marketing Manager

Product Designer

• Lead end-to-end design work across the product development lifecycle, from concept to execution.
• Create low-fidelity flows, high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and workflows that communicate user needs, technical constraints, and a North Star vision.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with PMs, engineers, data scientists, and growth to meet both customer and business goals.
• Contribute to and evolve our design system to be fully accessible and scalable across our native mobile and responsive web experience.
• Learn, socialize, and implement best practices in AI-supported product development and design research.
• Lead research efforts, use insights to inform design choices and communicate with both the triad and leadership considerations for future features.

Senior Product Designer

Compliance

• Build and maintain all elements of a strong, trustworthy compliance oversight program
• Liaison with each department to ensure Compliance requirements are understood and top of mind during product development
• Become an expert in business processes, understanding them from end-to-end
• Oversee the control framework, including building, documenting, and monitoring a system of risk mitigating controls
• Conduct Compliance-focused testing on high-risk processes, citing regulatory violations/recommendations/observations as appropriate
• Raise concerns with the Compliance CMS team for documentation and communication with needed parties
• Oversee timely implementation of corrective actions and remediation projects
