About the role
- Manage and support company devices (Windows/macOS) using MDM tools.
- Administer core SaaS platforms (Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, Confluence, Monday.com, etc.).
- Handle onboarding and offboarding with a focus on automation and consistency.
- Troubleshoot system, application, and performance issues for local and remote staff.
- Maintain documentation for systems, processes, and internal IT standards.
- Identify recurring issues and implement long-term fixes or automation to reduce support load.
- Manage user access and permissions across systems using least-privilege principles.
- Monitor and enforce security policies across endpoints and cloud tools.
- Support security initiatives including MDM compliance, MFA enforcement, device hardening, DLP and access auditing.
- Assist with audits, access reviews, and security reporting when required.
- Collaborate on improving security posture without slowing teams down.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a systems administration or IT operations role.
- Experience managing users and devices in Google Workspace.
- Comfortable administering SaaS tools and identity/access systems.
- Solid understanding of IT security fundamentals.
- Familiarity with SSO, IAM, and access automation.
- Exposure to compliance frameworks or security audits.
- Experience supporting hybrid or fully remote teams.
- Practical networking knowledge (VPNs, Wi-Fi, DNS, firewalls, SSO).
