About the role

  • Strategize, set up, monitor, and optimize PPC campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads) for real estate companies in the US and internationally
  • Continuously monitor, optimize, and report on campaign performance, proposing strategies aligned with each company’s goal
  • Adjust campaigns and manage budget allocation based on performance metrics, optimizing bid strategies for maximum efficiency
  • Set up and manage measurement tools, including conversion tracking, tag implementation, event/conversion creation, and audience list building
  • Conduct keyword research and recommend corresponding implementations
  • Develop compelling ads and run A/B tests to optimize performance
  • Track and report key metrics, progress, and account activity
  • Analyze data from web analytics and translate it into actionable insights for advertising campaigns
  • Perform competitor and market research to identify new opportunities
  • Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in paid advertising, leveraging new tools and best practices to enhance campaign efficiency.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of proven experience in creating, managing, and optimizing PPC campaigns, with a focus on Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in PR, Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Journalism, or related fields.
  • A strong passion and enthusiasm for paid advertising and digital marketing
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, channels, and methods
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into strategic actions
  • In-depth understanding of PPC KPIs and campaign success metrics
  • Knowledge of other Google products such as Google Analytics and Looker Studio
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good command of the English language
  • Familiarity with other advertising platforms is a plus
  • Previous experience with Google Tag Manager is a plus
