About the role
- Run and optimise LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads campaigns to drive qualified leads.
- Develop and execute A/B and multivariate tests across ad creatives, messaging, and landing pages.
- Test, scale, and refine campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Conduct keyword and audience research to refine targeting.
- Track, report, and optimise based on performance metrics.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing colleagues to align campaigns with commercial goals.
- Contribute ideas for additional channels (SEO, email, content) as a bonus, but core focus will be paid digital ads.
Requirements
- 3+ years running performance marketing campaigns in a B2B setting, with proven success in LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads.
- Strong analytical skills with experience managing significant ad budgets.
- Track record of driving pipeline or revenue growth from digital ads.
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and data-driven.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, tech, or high-growth businesses preferred.
- SEO, email marketing, or content knowledge = a nice bonus.
