About the role
- Develop and implement comprehensive media strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage, optimize, and scale paid campaigns across platforms (Meta, Pinterest, TikTok Snapchat, etc)
- Analyze data to identify insights, trends, and optimization opportunities.
- Oversee media budgets, forecasting, and performance reporting.
- Collaborate closely with creative, SEM, email and client teams to ensure consistency and performance across campaigns.
- Maintain accuracy and integrity of product catalog data and tracking systems.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, new technologies, and platform updates.
Requirements
- An **enjoyable** person that’s great to work with, if we’re going to spend most of our time together, might as well make it fun!
- **4+ years experience** working in media buying for **ecommerce** brands, preferably in the **US**.
- **Strong analytical mindset **- comfortable working & delivering on KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, and LTV.
- Excellent communication, time management, and strategic planning skills.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Must be available during** European working** hours: 10am-7pm CET (with 1 hour break)
