Content Marketing Manager

• Provide editorial oversight and quality control for all auxiliary content generated for Yaqeen papers, videos, Hashiya, and other content products
• Support the creation, review, and refinement of auxiliary content developed for product experiments and new content formats
• Oversee the effective utilization of AI tools to draft preliminary auxiliary content
• Apply expert editorial judgment to rigorously refine, verify, and validate the output against source material to ensure academic accuracy and fidelity
• Adhere strictly to Yaqeen’s style guide and brand guidelines to ensure a seamless and consistent reading experience between the original source and the auxiliary content
• Collaborate with the AI Visibility Lead to design and implement optimized processes and tools (including in-house or commercial AI solutions) for the high-volume, structured generation of auxiliary content
• Work with the AI Visibility Lead to format and structure content specifically to be easily parsed by AI models and search engines
• Systematically audit our existing library of papers and videos and backfill them with auxiliary content using the established workflow
• Collaborate with Product Managers and the AI Visibility Lead to design and execute tests on how different content formats impact key user metrics (e.g., Pageviews, AI Mentions, Returning Users, and Time on Page) for each product

Content Adaptation Specialist

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project objectives
• Design and develop survey instruments tailored to assess knowledge, attitudes, and practices within targeted populations
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data using appropriate statistical and analytical tools
• Interpret findings in the context of project scope
• Prepare reports and presentations with insights and trends
• Ensure quality control throughout all stages of the research process

Product Manager

• Own the growth loop driving continuous and healthy growth across key segments and demographics
• Own the long-term vision and strategy for assigned content and learning products/features, ensuring alignment with the department’s learning and growth objectives.
• Drive and maintain the product roadmap, balancing innovation, user needs, organisational drivers and technical debt.
• Take full accountability for the growth trajectory of assigned products, owning all key performance indicators (KPIs) related to user acquisition, engagement, and business outcomes.
• Develop outcome-driven product requirements and specifications, clearly articulating the "why" and "what" for cross-functional teams.
• Align product with internal frameworks and optimize user experiences for the same
• Serve as the primary champion for end-users and strategic drivers, maintaining a deep understanding of user habits, behavior, and psychological motivators in learning and progression.
