About the role

  • Manage the project delivery of curriculum materials
  • Ensure curriculum is edited, formatted, and approved
  • Coordinate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and content creators
  • Work with product managers to develop project schedules and delivery timelines
  • Participate in Program Increment (PI) planning sessions
  • Lead squad stand-ups, sprint planning calls, and retros
  • Coordinate the handoff of content and assets between key stakeholders
  • Track project spend against approved budgets
  • Coordinate with marketing and media teams to ensure content is optimized
  • Oversee the uploading, structuring, and deployment of curriculum content on the website
  • Manage publishing workflows for content staging, review, and deployment
  • Maintain content taxonomies, metadata, version control, and publishing standards
  • Communicate project timelines, dependencies, and risks
  • Provide project status updates to leadership and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with marketing, media, and growth teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Certifications: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) – Scrum Alliance (Preferred)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) – PMI (Preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional projects in an Agile environment
  • Deep knowledge of managing content, workflows and user permissions within a CMS
  • Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
  • Experience writing project requirements for content projects and tools
  • Working knowledge of Agile methodologies
  • Proficiency in facilitating and driving consistency across all Agile ceremonies
