Provide both tactical and strategic leadership to a team of field service professionals at a large, 24/7 operating site
Accountable for talent attraction, retention, engagement, performance management, and employee development
Contribute to budget development, manage expenses, and participate in workforce planning
Address and resolve employee relations matters and translate customer requirements into actionable workforce strategies and objectives
Provide onsite visibility into KPIs and operational metrics
Demonstrate strong second-level leadership capabilities
Ensure product, system, and water quality and monitor/maintain appropriate inventory levels for complex or multiple sites

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical engineering
Ability to obtain all required customer clearances (TWIC, DISA, etc.)
Industrial or commercial process water experience required - Water Treatment Plant Experience (Preferred)
5 to 7 years of technical work experience or 3 years of industry specific experience combined with 3 years of leadership/management experience
Clean driving record
Proficiency with computers and business software, such as Microsoft Office, Skype, Oracle/SAP, cloud-based solutions
People management - approximately 16 employees
Ability to communicate up/down/across
Ability to lead and motivate teams
Demonstrates critical thinking and complex troubleshooting to guide team members and customers
Ability to defuse situations at a customer or internal issue.
