About the role
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts for MEA commercial operations
- Support the annual budgeting process, collaborating with commercial teams to gather inputs and validate assumptions
- Maintain and update financial models to reflect changing business dynamics
- Coordinate and compile weekly Sales and Orders Flash reports and load in OneStream
- Analyze variances vs. forecast and prior periods, providing commentary and actionable insights
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across MEA commercial segments and prepare dashboards/visualizations using Power BI
- Utilize OneStream for financial consolidation, reporting, and variance analysis
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems and support process improvements and automation within FP&A
- Support MEA FP&A Manager and Senior FP&A Analyst; partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations and prepare presentations for leadership reviews
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
- At least 2 years experience or equivalent work experience
- Strong ability to analyze financial data and provide insights
- Proficiency in building models to forecast financial outcomes
- Knowledge of financial software and systems (Excel, Power BI, OneStream optional)
- Willingness to work collaboratively with various project teams and stakeholders
- Fluency in English
