• Support assigned payer client implementations through prescriptive workflow execution and system build input
• Participate in implementation meetings, milestone tracking, and readiness activities
• Deliver product demonstrations and introduce standard analytical reporting as directed

• Conduct remote and onsite training as assigned and support early go-live adoption

Clinical Consultant I

Administrative Assistant

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to physicians, nurses, analysts, and other staff
• Regularly update and distribute department-specific reports and spreadsheets
• Maintain and update contact details and relevant information for Physician Advisors and clients
• Oversee timely updating and distribution of Administrator on Call tracking
• Maintain and update PTO tracking and requests for Physician Advisors
• Follow up on client requests and deliver necessary information
• Manage submission of supplemental reimbursements for full-time Physician Advisors
• Support implementation and training for new Physician Advisors joining the P2P team
• Manage physicians' calendars and schedules for peer review phone calls across multiple time zones
• Manage the peer review queue, assignments, and Physician Advisor schedules
• Conduct daily calls to payers to schedule peer-to-peer reviews between Xsolis Physician Advisors and payer Medical Directors
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding peer-to-peer calls daily

Clinical Administrative Assistant

Medical Director

• Define the strategic direction and roadmap for UR and CM solutions across Xsolis’ healthcare platform.
• Partner with clinical, product, data science, and commercial teams on solutions to increase the value that Xsolis brings to its customers.
• Lead the application of predictive, generative, and agentic AI capabilities to improve efficiency and outcomes within health system workflows.
• Own and support product planning activities, including business requirements, business cases, functional design, competitive analysis, prototyping, testing, training, validation, ROI analysis, forecasting, pricing, and profitability.
• Drive adoption and value realization by monitoring post-launch performance and making ongoing product improvements.
• Identify growth opportunities across Xsolis by applying existing capabilities in new ways to drive innovation, expansion, and market differentiation.
• Drive cross-functional enablement activities (sales, support, value realization) to support growth of new products.
• Commercialize products and capabilities to enable them to become key revenue and growth drivers in the product portfolio.

Senior Director, Clinical Product Manager

Sales

• General management of full sales cycle for large regional territory. Clients include several hundred large hospital systems.
• Responsible and accountable for planning, qualifying, obtaining and managing new and existing sales opportunities within a geographically defined territory to achieve and exceed business plans.
• Responsible and accountable to plan, organize, and orchestrate internal resources appropriately to obtain sales objectives.
• Facilitate required meetings for Prospects and Customers.
• Develop and deliver solution proposals and presentations. Adjusts content of sales presentations based on audience, prospect needs, industry dynamics, etc.
• Provide accurate forecasts/pipeline tracking within the sales process.
• Meet and exceed established sales targets including calls per day, meetings per month, closes and revenue.
• Accurate and up-to-date data entry into Company’s CRM system and registration of leads and/or prospects.
• Attendance at all required meetings, training sessions, company events, and occasionally at industry trade shows and conferences
• Understand evolving business terrains and effectively articulate product value proposition to prospective clients.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
