About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide comprehensive administrative support to physicians, nurses, analysts, and other staff
- Regularly update and distribute department-specific reports and spreadsheets
- Maintain and update contact details and relevant information for Physician Advisors and clients
- Oversee timely updating and distribution of Administrator on Call tracking
- Maintain and update PTO tracking and requests for Physician Advisors
- Follow up on client requests and deliver necessary information
- Manage submission of supplemental reimbursements for full-time Physician Advisors
- Support implementation and training for new Physician Advisors joining the P2P team
- Manage physicians' calendars and schedules for peer review phone calls across multiple time zones
- Manage the peer review queue, assignments, and Physician Advisor schedules
- Conduct daily calls to payers to schedule peer-to-peer reviews between Xsolis Physician Advisors and payer Medical Directors
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding peer-to-peer calls daily
- Monitor the department email inbox and respond to inquiries from case managers, internal team members, and cross-functional departments
- Collaborate and cross-train with clinical administrative staff to provide coverage
- Perform additional functions and special projects as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Clinical experience is not required but helpful
- Ability to manage various tasks concurrently
- Ability to understand needs and deliver results on time
- Ability to work under pressure and tolerate frequent change
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication, organization, interpersonal, and telephone skills
- Polite and professional communication with colleagues and clients via phone, mail, and email
- Strong technical aptitude with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams
- Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate with internal teams
- Must successfully pass a background check
- Must already be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis without current or future sponsorship
- Must work 12 p.m.–8 p.m. ET
