About the role

  • Support the creation of an “Air Traffic Controller” Release Management Program
  • Develop release activities across multiple teams, ensuring alignment with governance policies
  • Implement and manage a centralized release calendar as the single source of truth within the ServiceNow DPR toolset
  • Facilitate release dependency and conflict management sessions, producing regular conflict reports
  • Define standardized processes for release planning, execution, and escalation in line with ITIL best practices
  • Drive adoption by training teams on standardized processes and tools
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and Product Owner to ensure business needs are incorporated into release management practices
  • Provide hands-on guidance during program rollout, ensuring teams can effectively manage releases using the ServiceNow DPR toolset
  • Support handover activities by ensuring documentation, processes, and reports are transitioned to long-term ownership

Requirements

  • US Citizenship and willingness to complete a background check which includes fingerprinting, drug testing and an interview
  • 7+ years of Release Management, Change Management, or Program Coordination experience in large enterprises.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL Release & Deployment Management best practices.
  • Proven experience managing multiple, concurrent releases across distributed teams.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow Digital Product Release (DPR) or equivalent release management platforms.
  • Strong analytical, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage dependencies and competing priorities.
  • Experience in cloud migration or large-scale IT transformation programs preferred.
