About the role
- Support the creation of an “Air Traffic Controller” Release Management Program
- Develop release activities across multiple teams, ensuring alignment with governance policies
- Implement and manage a centralized release calendar as the single source of truth within the ServiceNow DPR toolset
- Facilitate release dependency and conflict management sessions, producing regular conflict reports
- Define standardized processes for release planning, execution, and escalation in line with ITIL best practices
- Drive adoption by training teams on standardized processes and tools
- Collaborate with stakeholders and Product Owner to ensure business needs are incorporated into release management practices
- Provide hands-on guidance during program rollout, ensuring teams can effectively manage releases using the ServiceNow DPR toolset
- Support handover activities by ensuring documentation, processes, and reports are transitioned to long-term ownership
Requirements
- US Citizenship and willingness to complete a background check which includes fingerprinting, drug testing and an interview
- 7+ years of Release Management, Change Management, or Program Coordination experience in large enterprises.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL Release & Deployment Management best practices.
- Proven experience managing multiple, concurrent releases across distributed teams.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow Digital Product Release (DPR) or equivalent release management platforms.
- Strong analytical, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage dependencies and competing priorities.
- Experience in cloud migration or large-scale IT transformation programs preferred.
