About the role
- Participate in a variety of clinical pharmacy initiatives with company-wide impact related to DaVita’s patient care/clinical processes
- Evaluate, develop and implement potential process improvements, clinical trend analyses, and quality assurance oversight
- Provide cross-functional support, lead training initiatives, and contribute to strategy development in partnership with the Manager, Clinical Programs
- Support onboarding, training and mentoring of Authorization Coordinator Team
- Facilitate training for new and existing teammates
Requirements
- Participate in a variety of clinical pharmacy initiatives with company-wide impact related to DaVita’s patient care/clinical processes
- Evaluate, develop and implement potential process improvements, clinical trend analyses, and quality assurance oversight
- Provide cross-functional support, lead training initiatives, and contribute to strategy development in partnership with the Manager, Clinical Programs
- Support in the development, implementation and improvement of processes for the Clinical Pharmacy Management Team
- Collect and provide feedback to leadership and stakeholders on key performance metrics
- Drive operational efficiency through process development and innovation
- Serve as subject matter expert for the Clinical Pharmacy Coordinator Team
- Assist with the creation and updating of job aids and other collaterals, as applicable
- Assist with auditing and data review processes to ensure quality assurance metrics are met.
- Escalate identified risks to leadership and participate in mitigation efforts.
