This position is an integral link between Clients, Carriers and the Agency, responsible for the day-to-day handling of a current book of business and associated renewals.
Handles day-to-day client and carrier questions as well as other needs associated with a book of business in a timely manner
Quotes all renewals in a timely manner and is ultimately accountable for client renewal books
Prepares submissions
Manages binding requests and issues actual policies
Reviews and processes inspections
Maintains customer information within the Company’s agency management systems
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of account management experience
Minimum of 2 years Professional & Management Liability lines experience is preferred
High School Diploma is required, Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
