About the role
- Achieve and exceed revenue targets by identifying growth opportunities and executing strategic sales initiatives in the assigned area or sector.
- Build and expand a portfolio of key accounts by identifying new customers and deepening long-term relationships with existing ones.
- Conduct regular and purposeful customer visits to uncover needs, offer tailored solutions, and position Xometry as a trusted manufacturing partner.
- Deliver impactful, value-driven presentations that effectively communicate our unique offering and technological capabilities.
- Explore and develop alternative sales channels while representing the company in alignment with its broader commercial and market strategy.
- Lead and coordinate end-to-end project processes for assigned accounts, ensuring timely execution and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure accurate, up-to-date tracking of opportunities, account activities, and pipeline performance within the company’s CRM and reporting systems.
- Act as a strategic partner to your accounts, maintaining strong relationships and continuously identifying new areas for collaboration and growth.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in B2B Sales.
- Experience in any of 3D Printing, CNC Machining, Plastic Injection Molding or Sheet Metal Fabrication applications is preferred. But not must.
- At least B1 level English both written and verbal.
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence.
- Extremely self-motivation with a diligent work ethic.
- Passionate about start-up culture.
