About the role
- Build strong, influential partnerships with business leaders, providing data-driven HR guidance and support
- Act as a consultant, coach, and mentor to leadership, challenging and supporting them on business and people issues
- Translate business needs into effective HR solutions, collaborating with Centres of Expertise to address challenges
- Drive workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and organisational design initiatives
- Support and implement restructuring and change management processes, ensuring legal compliance
- Champion talent development and mobility, encouraging growth through projects, programmes, and international assignments
- Proactively propose and deliver initiatives to boost engagement and foster a positive organisational culture
- Analyse HR metrics and dashboards, translating insights into actionable strategies for leadership
- Represent HR at business meetings, ensuring alignment between people strategy and business objectives
- Collaborate with HR colleagues across Europe to deliver consistent, innovative HR solutions
- Ensure best practice and compliance in all HR processes, partnering closely with People Services and Centres of Expertise
- Support leadership in interpreting employee feedback and driving action plans for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Proven HR business partnering experience in a complex, multicultural corporate environment
- Strong generalist HR foundation and graduate calibre
- Excellent influencing, organisational, and communication skills at all levels
- Flexible and adaptable, with a proactive, self-starting approach
- Ability to travel occasionally throughout Europe
- Fluent in English; proficiency in other European languages is an advantage.
