About the role

  • Provide first-line HR support for employees and managers across onboarding, role changes, annual salary reviews, bonuses, and other HR queries, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
  • Take ownership of employee and manager queries, resolving them within defined SLAs and documenting learnings for process improvement.
  • Manage Grade 3 and below recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviews, hiring, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Address employee concerns, handle grievances in collaboration with ER and Compliance, and escalate complex cases when needed.
  • Support payroll processes, administer employee benefits and pension plans, and ensure accurate payroll data input.
  • Assist with performance evaluations, goal setting, performance improvement plans, and maintain training and development initiatives.
  • Maintain HR information systems (Workday, HR Bot, SharePoint), ensure legal and policy compliance, and manage employee records and documentation.
  • Provide guidance to managers on HR, employee relations, and compliance issues, and implement activities in line with Health and Safety policies.

Requirements

  • Previous HR Generalist experience, ideally in a multicultural and matrix organization
  • Comfortable working with large-scale, complex data
  • Proven track record to deliver services and meet deadlines
  • Strong prioritization, multitasking, and attention to detail
  • Excellent analytical, planning, and organizational skills
  • Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced, growing environment
  • Self-starter with the ability to handle complex situations
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in other European languages is a plus
  • Highly skilled in Microsoft Office tools.
