About the role
- Provide first-line HR support for employees and managers across onboarding, role changes, annual salary reviews, bonuses, and other HR queries, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
- Take ownership of employee and manager queries, resolving them within defined SLAs and documenting learnings for process improvement.
- Manage Grade 3 and below recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviews, hiring, and onboarding of new employees.
- Address employee concerns, handle grievances in collaboration with ER and Compliance, and escalate complex cases when needed.
- Support payroll processes, administer employee benefits and pension plans, and ensure accurate payroll data input.
- Assist with performance evaluations, goal setting, performance improvement plans, and maintain training and development initiatives.
- Maintain HR information systems (Workday, HR Bot, SharePoint), ensure legal and policy compliance, and manage employee records and documentation.
- Provide guidance to managers on HR, employee relations, and compliance issues, and implement activities in line with Health and Safety policies.
Requirements
- Previous HR Generalist experience, ideally in a multicultural and matrix organization
- Comfortable working with large-scale, complex data
- Proven track record to deliver services and meet deadlines
- Strong prioritization, multitasking, and attention to detail
- Excellent analytical, planning, and organizational skills
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced, growing environment
- Self-starter with the ability to handle complex situations
- Fluent in English; proficiency in other European languages is a plus
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Office tools.
