About the role

  • You’ll be the CEO’s right hand—managing a wide range of administrative, operational, and strategic support tasks.
  • You’ll help the founder stay focused on growth by taking ownership of scheduling, internal communications, project follow-ups, and team coordination.
  • Manage the CEO’s calendar and prioritize meetings across time zones
  • Coordinate with remote teams to ensure follow-ups and progress on key initiatives
  • Prepare agendas, take meeting notes, and track action items
  • Assist with hiring tasks, onboarding, and internal team communications

Requirements

  • Are based in or near Rochester, Michigan and open to a hybrid schedule
  • Have prior experience supporting a founder, executive, or leadership team
  • Thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt quickly to change
  • Have excellent communication skills (especially in writing)
  • Are tech-savvy and familiar with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, ClickUp, etc.
  • Are proactive, resourceful, and take ownership without needing constant direction
