About the role
- You’ll be the CEO’s right hand—managing a wide range of administrative, operational, and strategic support tasks.
- You’ll help the founder stay focused on growth by taking ownership of scheduling, internal communications, project follow-ups, and team coordination.
- Manage the CEO’s calendar and prioritize meetings across time zones
- Coordinate with remote teams to ensure follow-ups and progress on key initiatives
- Prepare agendas, take meeting notes, and track action items
- Assist with hiring tasks, onboarding, and internal team communications
- Handle occasional personal tasks that support executive efficiency
- Anticipate needs and solve problems proactively
- Be a trusted, discreet, and dependable support partner
Requirements
- Are based in or near Rochester, Michigan and open to a hybrid schedule
- Have prior experience supporting a founder, executive, or leadership team
- Thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt quickly to change
- Have excellent communication skills (especially in writing)
- Are tech-savvy and familiar with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, ClickUp, etc.
- Are proactive, resourceful, and take ownership without needing constant direction
