💰 £40,000 - £45,000 per year

About the role

  • Serve as the key contact for your customer accounts, building strong relationships
  • Develop and maintain deep product expertise to effectively demonstrate value
  • Lead contract renewals 3-6 months in advance
  • Analyse account health metrics and usage data to identify at-risk customers
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally, partnering with Product, Onboarding, and Support teams
  • Work with the Finance team to ensure accurate invoicing

Requirements

  • University degree or equivalent experience
  • 4-5+ years proven work experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or a customer facing role
  • Track record of account retention and organic growth through understanding customer needs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and negotiate with key stakeholders
  • Ability to manage a large portfolio of accounts while prioritising high-value opportunities
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to recognise opportunities and articulate value in a consultative manner
  • Self motivated with strong initiative, commercial focus, and results orientation
  • Proficiency with CRM systems e.g. HaloCRM
