Leverage experience with highly complex integrations preferably between Finance, Payroll, Admissions, Registration, Advancement and Academic Administration using Workday tools
Lead and mentor a team of developers building and maintaining Workday integrations across finance, HR, and academic units
Drive projects from start to finish by coordinating tasks across developers, analysts, and stakeholders
Partner with the Modernization Program PMO and ITS leadership to set priorities, manage risks, and meet milestones
Translate business needs into secure, reliable solutions using Workday Studio, EIB, Orchestrate, and Web Services
Oversee design, development, testing, deployment, and documentation
Ensure seamless data flow by monitoring integration performance, troubleshooting issues, and enforcing security, privacy, and data governance standards
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, communicate expectations, and maintain strong relationships throughout large IT projects
Champion best practices and methodology, supporting implementations, upgrades, and enhancements while mentoring others on Workday integration best practices
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
A minimum of five (5) years of experience building and maintaining integrations for enterprise-wide solutions
A minimum of three (3) years of experience in Workday integration development
