About the role
- Design and scale backend services that integrate Generative AI and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) for production environments, ensuring reliability and efficiency.
- Develop AI agents to automate complex workflows, improving overall product intelligence and enhancing user interaction.
- Build data pipelines that transform both structured and unstructured data into actionable insights, enabling data-driven decision-making across teams.
- Optimize retrieval systems to enhance speed, scalability, and user relevance, ensuring a seamless experience for end users.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and engineering, to deliver AI-powered features that directly improve the customer experience and meet business objectives.
- Lead and mentor a team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and best practices in AI and machine learning development.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role
- Proficiency in Python and modern ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Experience with Generative AI, RAG, and orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain)
- Familiarity with graph databases, NLP pipelines, and vector search
- Proven ability to design scalable systems and optimize for performance
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
