Work closely with senior project manager, faculty, administrators, staff, and other stakeholders to plan, execute, and deliver complex projects in a timely manner.
You will be responsible for both cyclical and non-cyclical initiatives that support the evolving priorities of the WVUCI research mission.
Conduct research and analysis to support the development of project metrics and milestones and to evaluate progress.
Develop and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders.
Communicate effectively and efficiently with stakeholders.
Provide routine project updates to the team.
Prepare and maintain records, reports, and presentation materials.
Prioritize multiple initiatives to ensure successful, on time completion with minimal direction.
Collaborate with team members on complex initiatives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, objectives, scope, timeline, and required resources.
Performing quality control on the projects to maintain the expected standards.
Monitor progress towards goals.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, or medical/science related field.
A minimum of two (2) years in the following: Effective program/project management experience.
Any equivalent combination of related education and/or experience will be considered.
All qualifications must be met by the time of employment.
Ability to perform high quality work while meeting strict deadlines for deliverables.
Competency in use of Microsoft Office
Excellent English Skills (both verbal and written)
Excellent organizational skills, including time management and prioritizing tasks.
Ability to multi-task, while remaining detail-oriented
