About the role
- Advise students applying for professional and graduate-level health programs through seminars, workshops, and one-on-one appointments
- Provide guidance on personal statements and application documents
- Prepare students for professional interviews through mock interviews
- Manage communications for the Pre-Health Office
- Develop cooperative relationships with internal and external groups
- Teach and/or design course curriculum for one Honors course per semester
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience recruiting and/or advising students
- Knowledge of various graduate health professions application processes preferred
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet established deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license
- 37.5-hour work week
- 13 paid holidays
