Program Manager

• Responsible for client retention, contract negotiation, implementation, and business consolidation
• Develop an all-inclusive travel program with your client
• Implement a Business Plan to establish, achieve and measure the business objectives of the travel program
• Establish and maintain relationships with key customer decision-makers
• Explore opportunities to expand client servicing relationships through coordination of sales effort, pricing, and implementation
• Work closely with our Implementation Specialist during onboarding of new business to ensure customer expectations are met

National Program Manager

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client relationship management
• Focus on client retention, contract negotiation, and implementation
• Conduct business planning and reviews
• Build relationships with key decision-makers across multiple regions
• Support staff development and ensure business continuity
