About the role

  • Draft, review, and prepare legal agreements, including non-disclosure agreements, amendments, purchase agreements, service agreements, sales agreements, and employment contracts.\n
  • Administer and manage the contract management database, ensuring all contracts are accurately recorded and appropriately described.\n
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of company legal documentation and oversee additional legal activities.\n
  • Conduct legal research to support company initiatives, including compliance requirements for contracts and employment-related matters.\n
  • Research and evaluate company and payor legal documentation, as well as contract reporting requirements.\n
  • Evaluate and resolve legal issues or disputes by developing actionable plans and implementing solutions effectively.\n
  • Assist with the drafting and execution of legal agreements and support HR with employment contracts, recruitment activities, and compliance-related documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies; Juris Doctor is a plus.\n
  • A minimum of 3+ years of paralegal experience\n
  • Preferably with experience in U.S. healthcare contracts\n
  • Familiarity with contract management tools like Concord.\n
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe applications.\n
  • Strong background in HR and labor law, including experience in supporting employment-related legal activities.\n
  • Excellent interpersonal, writing, and communication skills, with an eye for detail.\n
  • Proven ability to collaborate and work as part of a team to achieve organizational objectives.\n
  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate and address issues independently.\n
  • Adaptable to shifting priorities and capable of managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines.\n
  • Committed to professional growth, actively seeking feedback, and learning new skills.\n
  • Maintains a professional demeanor in diverse and multi-office environments.\n
