WRS Health is a cloud-based SaaS Electronic Health Record and Practice Management System for independent medical practices in the United States.
Shape and elevate brand positioning across all touchpoints.
Lead the development and execution of brand strategy to strengthen awareness, engagement, and trust in the company and products.
Define and maintain brand voice, positioning, messaging pillars, and visual identity.
Collaborate across teams to translate technical features into clear, benefit-driven messaging and serve as the primary liaison between product and marketing.
Lead creative direction for key brand campaigns and product launches and own first-touch brand messaging for new features.
Conduct competitive and audience research, including audience segmentation, and maintain brand assets (style guides, logos, product collateral).
Partner with content, design, and digital marketing teams to ensure brand consistency across campaigns and touchpoints.
Support internal branding initiatives to align employees with company mission and values.
Analyze brand performance metrics and ensure communications comply with healthcare regulations and industry standards (HIPAA, FDA, etc.).
Requirements
5+ years of experience in brand strategy, preferably in healthcare, health-tech, or B2B SaaS industries.
Proven success in developing and launching brand strategies or campaigns.
Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, digital health trends, and patient/provider needs.
Exceptional written, verbal, and visual storytelling skills.
Ability to translate complex healthcare or tech concepts into simple, human-centered messaging.
Experience managing cross-functional projects with creative, marketing, and product teams.
Experience collaborating on omnichannel marketing campaigns that deliver high value and engage target audiences successfully.
Experience in graphic design, brand management, and basic web development.
Proficiency in using brand strategy tools, audience insights, and analytics platforms.
Experience working with HIPAA-compliant or regulated healthcare products.
Familiarity with marketing analytics and automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, GA4) and digital channels (SEO, social, paid media).
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Brand Strategy, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
