About the role
- Provide compassionate, proactive support to injured workers, ensuring they understand their rights, benefits, and available resources
- Act as a liaison between Wrapbook customers and the insurance carriers/TPAs responsible for adjudicating workers' compensation claims
- Guide customers through the end-to-end claims process with clarity and empathy
- Manage the Foreign Travel process and ensure related compliance requirements are met
- Support the Workers’ Compensation underwriting team by reviewing submitted applications, assessing project risks, and requesting Certificates of Insurance
- Input, review, and maintain accurate claim documentation and notes in Wrapbook’s systems
- Stay current on workers' compensation laws, regulations, and best practices
- Apply Wrapbook’s internal policies and procedures to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely claims handling
- Contribute to Wrapbook’s mission of delivering white-glove service in the entertainment and production space
- Individual contributor reporting to the Manager of Workers Compensation
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience handling workers' compensation claims
- Entertainment industry experience a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in customer-facing environments
- Ability to focus and work efficiently in environments with active digital and live conversation
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
- Basic Excel skills required
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus
- Familiarity with TPA Claims Management Systems is a plus
