About the role
- Working with a mixture of inbound leads and using a list of warm leads to outbound and shoot you over hitting quota!
- Collaborate with SDR teams to develop and optimize sales strategies and engagement cadences.
- Lead discovery and deliver tailored, high-impact solutions aligned to customer pain points.
- Navigate complex buying groups and multistakeholder decision processes.
- Contribute to expanding market presence and achieving sales targets.
- Deliver accurate forecasting and maintain pipeline discipline in Salesforce.
- Continuously refine and adapt sales approaches based on industry trends and emerging opportunities.
- Stay knowledgeable on WP Engine’s services and solution offerings, as well as the value they bring to our customers.
- Make effective and efficient use of our Customer Experience, Support, and Sales Engineering teams, to educate prospective customers and help them make informed buying decisions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in closing sales, preferably in the technology industry.
- Proven success in crafting and executing outbound and inbound sales strategies.
- Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SDR’s, Marketing, and Demand Gen organizations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and a collaborative team player.
- Results driven, proactive approach to generating your own opportunities through outbound efforts.
- Consistent overachieve sales targets, with a history of exceeding quota in high-performance environments.
